Katie and I were out in the canoe the other night when we saw these crazy light rays after the sun had set. Turns out they’re called anti-crepuscular rays. There’s a cool little explanation HERE.

I woke up shortly before 5 a.m. yesterday and ventured over to Hillsborough for the annual balloon festival. I was expecting tons of balloons, but there ended up only being about 5. It was fun though, but I ended up falling asleep in the afternoon and missing the third place game of the World Cup.
